Babu Jagjivan Ram, inaugurated on 6th September 2006 at Indraprastha, is a school for children with special needs. Keeping in line with the Rshtriya Swabhiman foundation to enable every being to live with Dignity or ‘Swabhimaan’, we realised the need for these children to be able to fulfil their daily chores at the very basic level. The school also aims at providing for the primary education, in accordance with the child’s individual learning capacity.
The school has enrolled around 15 students each year since 2006.
Sardar Patel High School at Indraprastha started in the year 2001-2002 to provide for the basic secondary and senior secondary education for the children at Indraprastha. The school is affiliated to Gujarat Secondary and Senior Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar. We enrol around 300-400 students each years to be taught, in Gujarati as the medium of teaching. The school is well equipped with the computer lab, library, science lab, gym, mini stadium and a canteen to provide for wholesome nutrition.
